When troubleshooting LIME Insight you can take a look at the Log files. Which can be found in html format at /admin/log (e.g [[http://localhost:1113/admin/log]]) The LIME Insight log files can be found at on your server machine at: C:\ProgramData\Lundalogik\LIME Insight\Logs\ The LIME Insight database can be found at: C:\ProgramData\Lundalogik\LIME Insight\insights.db On Windows XP and Server 2003 the ProgramData-folder is located at: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data //Note: The insights database and log files are retained when uninstalling.// ===Common errors=== **Can’t save the LIME data source** The user account which is running the LIME Insight service doesn’t have access to the database file. **Solution:** Give the User Account running the LIME Insight service the correct rights to you data source or choose an another User account to run Insight. IMPORTANT: You must Remove and install LIME Insight to choose an new User Account.
