🗓️ Lime CRM On-prem Release & End-of-Life Policy

We release three new versions of Lime CRM On-prem per calendar year. With each new release, we update the End-of-Life (EOL) status of one previous version to ensure a streamlined and secure product lifecycle.

• At any given time, three versions of Lime CRM On-prem are considered active and fully supported.
• When a new version is released, the oldest active version transitions to EOL.
• Versions marked as EOL:
  • Will no longer receive updates or maintenance.
  • Are excluded from bug fixes, security patches, and feature enhancements.
