Troubleshooting
Logs
Transaction logs is found: C:\Netoptions\BIA\Logs
BIA service log is found: C:\Netoptions\BIA\Bio.log
LIME Transactions logs is found: C:\Netoptions\BIA\Plugins\LimePro\logs
Error logs is found: C:\Netoptions\BIA\Plugins\LimePro\errors
The event log will also give you information about errors that can occour
Errors when running the RegisterService.bat file
- Have you set the correct search paths in the different settingsfile. see Configuration chapter
- Have you made any changes on Lime CRM and now restarted the Lime CRM Web Service?
I can not choose which alternatives that should be synced in the online BIA settgins page
- You most likeley have changed some lime field settings and not made changes to the files limesettings.xml, limeusersetting.xml. Check the fields names in the files!
