Telavox add-on

The Telavox-to-Lime and Lime-to-Telavox integration handles incoming and outgoing calls from/to Lime CRM Desktop Client through Telavox Desktop Client.

Incoming calls will make a check against Lime CRM and open the person card if there is a match between the incoming call number and a persons phonenumber in Lime CRM.

Outgoing calls can be made by either clicking on a phonenumber in Lime CRM (requires Lime CRM Desktop Client 10.14 or later) or by selecting a person in a list and click on the Telavox-link in the Actionpad (if older Desktop Client version) to call said contact. The other option is to open the person-card and make the call to that contact through the Actionpad links in said card.
