How it works

Lime CRM is configured to listen to different events (for example “dealstatus changed”) in the client through VBA. A VBA-module package the information in Lime CRM and sends to Zapier as a JSON-object as “triggers”. The address to where the JSON-object is to be sent from Lime CRM to Zapier is defined through a user-table in Lime CRM: “Zaps”.

In Zapier, the Lime CRM trigger is connected to the chosen application through the user interface. The JSON-object is mapped in the interface for the chosen action in the corresponding application.
