To create a new LIME database with help from LISA, click the light-grey button in the top left corner of LISA and choose “Databases”. Press “New Database” and you will be asked for the following information:

Database properties Description
Display name the name of the database presented in the LIME client
Database Name the name of the database presented in the LIME client
SQL Server Address the address to the server where SQL Server is installed
Language choose what languages should support your database
Login Login methods: most common choice is both Lime and Windows login. If you use Windows login the user can leave username and password blank when starting Lime CRM, and will then be logged in as the current Window user (requires that you choose to connect a Lime-group to an Active Directory-group under “Security” → “Groups”). Also specify an admin password (highly recommended due to security reasons).

If you already have an existing LIME database on your SQL Server, you should choose “Attach Database” instead of creating a new one.
