Lime CRM Desktop Client compatibility with "New Outlook for Windows"

Microsoft is starting to role out a brand new Outlook client for Windows. This client is not compatible with the Lime CRM Desktop Client integrations, such as dragging and dropping email from Outlook to Lime CRM Desktop.

New Outlook dosen't support creating equivalent workflows we offer in our current Outlook integration. Microsoft hasn't communicated if or when they will add the necessary APIs to do so. Old Outlook will be supported to at least 2029, so Lime CRM integrations will continue to operate for the foreseeable future.

We are working on new ways to handle Email integration and will communicate them when they are getting ready.

The Lime CRM Outlook add-in is not affected and remains functional.
