Integration

Integration is a very broad and extensive topic and almost every solution has its own unique problems, but the truth is that there are very few systems cannot be integrated with Lime CRM. There are several ways to exchange data between Lime CRM and other systems and depending on the circumstances, technology and experience, an appropriate method can be selected.

Lime CRM supports the following ways to integrate with other systems:

• Lime CRM REST APIs provides a number of REST based APIs for accessing data in a Lime CRM application.

• Files import enables import of simple, text based files, either through the user interface, the REST based API or client libraries on top of the API.

• Lime CRM Webhooks Add-on gives the possibility to subscribe to events in Lime CRM in realtime
• Lime Web Service (SOAP APIs) - Depricated

  Lime CRM Web Service is set for end of life in Q2 2020 in favour of the REST APIs
